We had a fantastic experience working with Patty!! She was great at listening to what was important to us and ensuring she was finding properties and viewings that were a great match for what we wanted. Along the house hunt and during the offer stage she gave us helpful advice and ensured we were asking all the right questions. It was extremely helpful as first time home buyers! We found the perfect lake house and were very happy we had Patty with us every step of the way!!

The best agent! Patty was nothing but positive, encouraging and available throughout the entire home buying process. She really got a feel for what we were looking for in a home and always provided great insight during walk throughs and open houses. She has trusted network of professionals that she works with to ensure that the you are in good hands every step of the way. She was always ready and willing to talk or meet on short notice when something popped up. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

Patty did a fabulous job selling my parents house. Since I live out of town, I relied on her expert knowledge of the housing market as well as her experience with knowing how to ready a house to sell. She was invaluable by finding vendors for minor repairs, lawn clean up, junk hauling, and housecleaning. We were in constant communication throughout and every question/concern was addressed promptly. What I was sure was going to be a daunting task, turned out to be a piece of cake! Thanks Patty.

Working with Patty is such a pleasure. We didn't know much about the Candlewood Lake area and didn't have any local contacts. She was so attentive and knowledgeable during our transaction, it was like having a trusted friend working for us. We were able to feel confident about the home we were buying because she patiently explained the process and connected us with local contractors when a professional opinion was needed. Patty's experience along with her smiling confidence is the key to smoothing over any difficult situation. We are incredibly thankful for Patty’s help in selling our home. Knowing that I would need a realtor in the future, I kept a post card mailer from Patty after she sold a neighbor’s home.
