I had a rental across the street from me. I tried to sell it on my own while I was working there. I showed it several times. Some friends suggested Patti and I set up an appointment with her, she came right away. I listed it with her and in no time at all she had a buyer. Patti was very easy to work with. If I had a question she would respond to my email within hours. After closing she dealt with the title company when ever I had a concern with them. I would recommend her to anyone she is fast and efficient.

We've had two transactions with Patti and our expectations were exceeded for both our (low) purchase and (high) sale prices. Service and support were also excellent.

Patti worked hard to get the house sold. She knows the area and values. I eas not there during the sale and she handled sll issues promptly snd effectively

Patti was great. She's very familiar with the process of buying and selling a home. She wasn't too pushy or too laid back. She always answered our questions promptly and had good suggestions when we weren't sure what to do. She was on the ball and was always prepared for the next step in the process.
