Paul is a great realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions and he answered all of them. Paul also explained the process. He’s very responsive to my calls and texts. Paul really cares about helping his clients find their dream home.

Paul was very proactive. He identified numerous properties that fit our criteria and provided great advice when we were submitting offers. He followed up and was very timely and efficient in processing paperwork. Definitely recommend him

I may be difficult to work with but Mr. Koudouris is great, he's very helpful and knowledgeable, hopefully we continue working together. He's helping me to find a home and he is always sending me good prospects. Thanks for the help.

Paul is the absolute best when it comes to any kind of real estate needs. He's there with you throughout the entire process and is always available. This was my first home purchase and with that comes a lot of questions but Paul was never phased and always there for me with answers and advice

Paul is the perfect choice if you are looking for a realtor who is professional, knowledgeable, focused and highly responsive. Paul represented us on the sale of our ranch and also on the purchase of a second property 45 miles away. He familiarized himself with both areas (which were quite different) and always adjusted his search in response to our feedback. He guided us through a “multiple-offer” situation which was a bit stressful. Nothing but praise for Paul—will definitely work with him again!
