We don't live in Pensacola. We are about 6 hours away. When we decided to list our house we were looking for an agent that was military friendly and would offer a discount on real estate fees. Paul was the first one and the only one get back to me on a Sunday. He promptly had the house photographed and on the MLS for everyone to see. He was doing open houses on the weekends and over the holidays. I didn't have to drive to Pensacola to sell my house. Paul did it all. He gets a 10 out of 10.

I’m currently active duty and PCS’ed here with very short notice. This was my first home buying experience, and Paul was very accommodating to my situation. He worked efficiently with all parties involved to help me find and close on a property in just under a month from start to close. He is very professional, approachable, and efficient at his job.
