I have known and worked with Peggy for many years while selling and buying multiple new homes. She has always made me feel comfortable and heard, while being professional and beyond well knowledgeable on the home market. I would and do recommend her to anyone I know!

Peggy Carter went above and beyond to sell our home and secure our dream home. What is typically one of the most stressful events, was seamless and exciting. From start to finish she assured us she would take care of “everything”. She Delivered!! She secured temporary housing for the sellers so we could move in early, and showed up at my new home with her husband to repair a door (Thank you Rob!). She gets it done! We highly recommend Peggy! She was spot on with advice on what we needed to do to put our home on the market. We followed every tip and sold our home in less than 24 hours for over asking price. She not only helped the sale of our home go smoothly, she was a huge resource helping us and the realtor in the purchase of our new home. She is professional, knowledgeable and does her best to serve you. Cannot give her high enough praise.

We enlisted Peggy to sell our condo in 2018. We'd previously put it on the market a few years prior and didn't have much luck. At Peggy's advice, we gave it a fresh coat of paint and made a few small and inexpensive updates. She encouraged us not to undercut our price too much, and actually ended up bringing our house to market well above the price point we expected to sell it. Nonetheless, within 24 hours of putting the house on the market we had a bid for over asking price, and a signed contract with wonderful buyers. Peggy helped make this a white glove experience for us from start to finish, from helping negotiate how to resolve the small issues turned up to inspection, to helping us find contractors capable of making the necessary fixes. We really appreciated her knowledge, expertise, and confidence. We would absolutely work with Peggy again in the future, and highly recommend her to anyone seeking to make a sale in the area.

Peggy Carter did an excellent job selling our house. For our part, we had the house ready to sell and Peggy did the rest. Along with the usual realtor work, she actively worked to make the sale by reaching out to agents she knew who might have customers looking for our type of house (duplex in a senior housing community) and through her efforts we had an offer within two weeks and closed within two months. We also found a great ally in Peggy when we bought a home in Dover, NH in a new community where she represented the builder. While Peggy was not our “agent” she was open and fair in her representation of the house for sale. She also helped us immeasurably when we hit a snag in our mortgage application as she was able to get through to senior management at the bank when we kept hitting dead ends trying to resolve a minor issue that delayed our loan approval.
