Peggy went above and beyond her duty to make sure that I was heard when I spoke and answered every question ( which where a lot of questions) promptly and honestly. If you're looking for someone who cares, who actually cares about her clients through the whole process Peggy Lucero has got to be your best choice!!!

I did not know where to start and tried a different agency before I spoke to Peggy. They told me I would have to replace the trim and paint the outside of the house, as well as do a survey and pay for other such services. I have a friend I go to church with who has retired from 15 years of real estate work and has the most integrity of anyone I know. He gave me solid advice on what to look for with agents. What made me choose Peggy though was the fact that Frank said she was excellent. His integrity remains spot on. Peggy and Joe have changed my opinion of real estate people ( I used to think they were like used car salesmen trying to pass a lemon off on a sucker). There may be poor or dishonest agent out there, but not these two. They helped us sell the house so we could reunite with my family. I respect them for taking the time to inform us and answer all the questions we had. With so many years of experience, Peggy has no problem being genuine with a man who is new to the process of selling a house.

I have worked with Joe and Peggy both buying a home and later on selling that home, and they always go above and beyond in every way!! Great experiences, and they helped me in so many ways. I will not do business with anyone but them as long as they are around. They are really great people that I’m blessed to call friends now!

They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to the closing of the sale. Throughout our journey, Joe & Peggy demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. Whether we needed additional time for our daughter to finish school to working with buyers agent to sell some things in the home, took it all in stride. Peggy and Joe are a breath of fresh air. Quickly assisted us with negotiations with the purchase of our home. Their knowledgeable information on the location helped with a fair price for the home. Plus they have a huge selection of service providers from painting, to fencing, to decking, and yard maintenance. Always answering my calls quickly and provided the emotional support for the moving from out of state. The purchase, signing and close were totally transparent. Highly recommends Peggy to my family and friends.
