Penne was beyond amazing to work with. She took the time to understand us as people, not just home sellers. She was so patient, kind, and understanding and helped us through the process seamlessly. She really did a great job, and if I ever found myself selling or buying a home in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to contact her!

Penne was always on top of details. She knew where to find answers if she wasn't sure herself. Penne made sure that the process from beginning to end was ad stress free as possible, we appreciated this quality the most.

We were so lucky to end up with Penne as our realtor! As first time homebuyers moving to Michigan from Chicago (during a global pandemic!) we had a million questions. Penne was beyond helpful in guiding us through the process and tour homes from afar. We were touring most houses via Facetime which meant we relied on Penne to give us a clear picture of anything that we might not see through video. She learned and cared about our preferences and provided honest and thoughtful feedback that relieved some of the stress of putting in an offer on a house sight unseen. Highly recommend Penne to anyone and everyone. This lady went from being someone I didn’t even know to a person that was just like family. She was there every step of the way and made everything more relaxing. If I didn’t know something she was right there with answers. She knows her job very well and the most sweetest woman you’ll ever meet. I promise you can not go wrong by choosing her. I will go back if I ever need to!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Penne. She responded very quickly, was accommodating due to various circumstances, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Her personality also made the our home search fun. Highly recommend.
