The ABSOLUTE BEST real estate professionals anyone could ask for! We would highly recommend this team to not only help you sell (or buy) your home, but to be right beside you every step of the way. They answered all of our questions up front, explained their marketing strategy and ensured we felt 100% comfortable from the first time we met. The photographer they hired made our gorgeous house look like it belonged in a magazine for high-end mansions. The pictures, the 3-D video and drone shots helped us sell our house in less than 24 hours to a virtual buyer. Imagine that...the buyer did not even step foot in our house and put a full-price offer, all due to Juan and Isabel's excellent marketing and knowledge of the market. Unfortunately, we had an extremely bad experience with the buyer's bank (Wells Fargo) and our closing was delayed 30 days. However, this delay would have been doubled if it was not for Juan and Isabel. They didn't panic, they got to work and assisted the buyer with finding another lender who was able to close the house in less than 3 weeks (start to finish). If it was not for this dynamic duo, we would still be paying 2 mortgages and have no closing date in sight. The Home got into contract in less than 5 days. Very happy with the results and the sale of my home. The house has been newly constructed the tips and recommendations for the right and fast sale where right on point. We are very happy with the knowledge and work done by the Real Estate team.

Excellent! They have a lot of experience and skills on real estate market. The best part during our process it was when they express that being a real estate agents for them is beyond a business, is a pleasure when could help people finding the house that they need , when most of the time is a a dream or goal achieved . In the process we change our mind and decide to buy our home in Gainesville instead Clermont and there still with us during the all process and break down the barriers until we finish the process in Gainesville and they gave us the keys of our lovely house, it was a blessing to have them.Thanks guy for everything and Blessing to Perez Family....

When I first met Juan and Isabel Perez , they explained that their job is more service than sales. They proved that time and again with their through knowledge of local market. When I viewed the property they would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances , etc. They also led me through multiple rounds of negotiations to get to a price I was comfortable with. In the end I found the property that was perfect for my family and we are loving it so far.
