Pete is awesome. Pete helped guide us through the home selling process in the middle of a PANDEMIC. He kept in constant contact throughout the entire process. He gave us a punch list and estimated sale price as we prepared to list our home. The final sale of our home was right at his estimate. I strongly recommend utilizing Pete's services.

Pete was recommended to us by a previous buyer, and we are so happy they did. From the first meeting we knew we wanted to work with Pete. His friendly, honest and professional manner was evident from start to finish. Pete gave us excellent advice and he was able to negotiate the updates we wanted to the new build. We later learned that Pete had sold houses to several other people in our neighborhood, and from the same builder, and he is respected by all of them as well. Pete is quick to respond, and he is an excellent communicator and negotiator. We were equally impressed by his very excellent local knowledge which has been a great help to us moving into a new area. Pete Elder was incredibly responsive and prompt. He helped us think logically about our family's needs, both in the long and short term, when it came to the right property for us. He helped steer us away from options that looked great on paper for our family, but wouldn't have been a good fit in the long run. Pete is patient and spent countless evenings with us, which was so helpful to not have to miss out on work all the time to see a property.

Pete helped us venture into the world of investment properties. Since we were new to that, we had countless questions and he happily answered them. Overall Pete was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable about the area. He also had great recommendations for contractors and others (mortgage and surveyors) to help us. We would definitely use him again whether buying or selling.

Pete has been extremely helpful in purchasing both our first home in 2014 and second home in 2018. He helped us sell our first home in 2017 making the process extremely easy and stress free. Pete is knowledgeable about our local area and the local real estate market.
