Pete was amazing both in helping us acquire a property in New Buffalo and the selling of our lot in Grand Beach. He was patient as well as responsive to our demanding needs. The market was nuts in 2022 and we had to act fast to buy our house and he was able to secure times quickly and work with the sellers realtor to secure the deal. He went above and beyond by being at the house with the other agent when we were not in town and gave us solid advice on offer strategy as well as other things that helped make the deal run smooth. We have purchased many houses over the years and this transaction was by far the smoothest. We also were able to utilized Pete's service to sell our lot in Grand Beach, which again was a hot market. In two weeks time, he was able to secure a buyer and transaction went off without a hitch. He was in constant contact with the other agent and nothing slipped thru the cracks. I would highly recommend him to those looking in the area.

Pete Rahm (and his wife - they work as a team, I think) deserves 5 stars just for being so immediately responsive. But, in addition, he actually provides a real email address! Nobody else does. I do not believe that you will find ANY other RE agent that provides an email address. All other agents merely provide a contact form. If you have ever tried contacting a RE agent (or any company) by using these forms, you will know that the forms are pointless. I have never had any person or company or utility respond to any inquiry that was placed on these website forms. (One exception: Amazon). They will never reach the intended recipient. The forms simply don't work, or the intended recipient never checks the email address into which they pile. (I guess they could go into a spam folder that never gets checked.) In any case, I contacted Pete Rahm by email, requested his opinion on selling a vacant lot that I own, and he immediately provided me with a complete list of comps (both Sold comps and For Sale comps). That is the full extent of my interaction with him so far. But, if I decide to get a listing agent, he would be my first choice. Responds swiftly and completely, has full knowledge of Harbor Country, and has an email address!

Couldn't have been more happy with how Pete and Sue Rahm handled everything from listing to sale. They were very realistic about the things we had to do to get ready for the listing. The house was marketed very well and we had a solid offer we accepted. There were far more details than I had anticipated and they kept us pointed in the right direction crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is. Should you be considering listing your home or using them as buyers broker you won't do any better.

Pete worked patiently with us as we changed our minds, numerous times, and ultimately found the right place. We went from buying to building and back to buying as we ultimately figured out what we needed. There were several times when we needed to cancel an offer and he worked through this with us. The process took several months and culminated with a same-day viewing of a house, right after it went on the market. We made on offer within hours and secured the purchase.
