Petra was fantastic! From the beginning, she created and presented a personalized book about my property with all the data and different scenarios including prices. She walked me through the process and made sure I understood everything. She is so easy to work with and worked very hard for me. I never had stress or frustration because I completely trusted her with my property and needs. Petra went above and beyond on a daily basis and was very enjoyable to work with! She is a true professional, but also very supportive and understanding of this process and her client's needs. Her determination and knowledge of all aspects of the home, including appraisal, home inspections, and working with other agents is stupendous. She left nothing to my imagination and told me exactly what to expect and not to worry about anything. Ms. Petra Niedermair is an amazing individual to work with and will not let you down. I have had the pleasure of working with Petra for 2 years, as she was our property manager for our rental property before most recently helping us secure our newest home we purchased. Petra is always there to answer your questions and make sure everything is being done properly and on a timely manner. Even post transaction, Petra is just a phone call away assisting us with any home needs we may have! I can assure you, no one will go above and beyond like Petra does! I highly recommend Petra for any real estate needs you may have!

We have known Petra Niedermair since 2017 when we purchased a rental house in Fort Myers. We were immediately struck by her knowledge of real estate, her helpfulness, and good nature. We just enjoyed our time with her. She helped negotiate our purchase, identify and contract with inspectors, contractors and utilities, and follow through to closing. Subsequently, Petra has acted as our property manager. Since our purchase, we have relied upon her to find a suitable tenant and collect rents, to troubleshoot problems and proactively maintain the property to its best use. We trust her completely and have found her to be completely honest and straightforward in all of our dealings. We can heartily recommend her as a top-notch Realtor.

Petra is very detailed and professional in her real estate dealings. Works hard to find buyers and stays on point during the whole transaction. I have work with her for many years and I highly recommend her as a realtor.

We used Petra twice, several years apart when buying and selling our property in Ft Myers. Pertra is very thorough and knowledgeable and got our property sold in a very reasonable time frame.
