Incredibly knowledgeable! and attentive!! Candice Byrd made my experience of buying my first home easier than what I expected. Buying a home in today's market isn't easy, but Candice asked me what I wanted in a home and she worked diligently to find me exactly what I was looking for!! Candice always remained an advocate for me making sure my builder handled certain things and keeping me informed of the buying process from beginning to end. I couldn't wait to tell everyone about her!!

Anyone who has ever purchased a home, or thought about purchasing one knows the many challenges you may face. Having a great Realtor can/will make a huge difference. Phaedrea, was just that. She was very patient with me as I asked a million and one questions, she was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly she was readily available to help with any concerns that I had. Phaedrea helped us sell our prior home and buy our new one. When we first contacted her, we thought we'd found the neighborhood we were set on building a new home in, but she showed us a home that worked even better for our family.
