We had a wonderful experience working with Pierre and Paola (listing/transaction manager) over the course of a year as we worked to find the right time to sell our existing home and then find the right new home. Pierre patiently met us at at least 25 different properties around Raleigh as we worked to identify the right home to move into for our expanding family. Pierre and Paola explained all the steps and had a great photographer take photos of our existing home for sale. 5 out of 5 experience for sure and we will definitely refer our friends.

We first met Pierre in 2000 when we were looking for our first home together and though relatively new to the Real Estate business he immediately impressed us with his friendly yet professional manner and approach to assisting us with our successful search for the perfect home for our needs. Fast forward 21 years and it was time to move on with new needs. The first name that sprang to mind for assistance with selling our old home and locating a new one to purchase was Pierre La Pierre. The years may have changed us in many ways but Pierre's calm, patient and dedicated approach was still in full effect along with the good-humored, friendly professionalism made all the better by his years of added experience and knowledge of a rapidly changing market. Along with his team of support staff, molded very much in his own image, he was able to efficiently and expertly find us multiple potential buyers and a very successful sale at extremely favorable terms with minimal fuss or disruption to our normal life. On the flip side, in the current seller's market, we located and purchased our newly constructed home with Pierre's patient guidance all the way through an often, less than straightforward process. When comes the time to move again we can only hope that Pierre and his team (special shout-out and thanks to Closing Coordinator, Paola Rodriguez) are still going strong but in the meantime, we are happy to recommend Pierre La Pierre to anyone who is seriously looking to buy or sell real estate in the Triangle area of NC and for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable and communicative expert on the subject and the market who will do what it takes to provide you with a memorable and exceptional client experience.

We used Pierre back in 2004 to sell and purchase a home and could not have been happier!! Fast forward to 2022 and we moved back to NC from Georgia and knew we wanted to call Pierre the minute we were ready to purchase a home! So glad we did! He is one of the most patient and understanding people I know, among the funniest too! He knows all the ins and outs in the real estate world, I never had to worry about anything! He made the whole process a joy, he even showed up for our final walk through and closing one day after knee surgery!! If that’s not dedication I don’t know what is! He and his team are also ver responsive. Whenever I had a question they returned my email almost immediately! ?? You won’t be disappointed choosing Pierre and his team to purchase or sell your home! They made the whole process a pleasure!

Working with Alejandra was a pleasure! She took all the stress out of searching for and buying a home. She was very knowledgable and as our needs changed, she was ready to help.
