Rachel was phenomenal in her handling of the sale of my home. Her many recommendations and suggestions over the course of the sale made everything go so well. If you are from out of town, or like us, are from outside the state and don't know a local agent, Rachel is your gal! She impressed us with her knowledge, experience, candidness, and friendliness. She went above and beyond! It was a smooth process overall, and we highly recommend her! A+ realtor!

Rachel did an outstanding job! Out of town buyers of second home, she knows the local market and is connected with all the great service providers needed by out of towners. Rachel went above and beyond to help us, not being local she became our "person on the ground" helping with too many projects to list. In the process, I feel like we have become friends, an added bonus to the home purchasing process. Happy we found Rachel and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying in the Gulf Shores/Foley area.
