Rachel is the only person we'd consider using to buy/sell a house. She helped us before and guided us through the process again. Rachel was very responsive the entire time which was huge given how fast the market was moving. We couldn't have navigated selling our house and buying without her. Rachel was extremely helpful during such an overwhelming process like first time home buying. She broke down all the terms and processes so we knew what to expect and what was to come next. She was readily available to show us houses when we had time in our busy schedules - she sent us many options we hadn’t even considered before. I couldn’t be more happy with the results of my moving experience and it’s all thanks to Rachel. I had an extremely nit picky buyer that purchased my former home. Rachel handled everything aspect of the process with grace and helped me to remain calm through the process. She could see where the buyer was going with their demands and took steps to proactively combat the nit pickers negotiation tactics.
