Super knowledgeable friendly and very positive mentality regarding selling of a home. Ray has a wealth of knowledge regarding sprucing of a home up for the sake of appearance. She also possesses a wealth of contacts for getting some things done in around the house. Ray was on point with the pricing of the home to gain the most interest as soon as possible. That proved to be The golden ticket since the house was on the market only a few days and one weekend open house. The following week the offers were flying in and then counter offers. Ray also covered a few items for me when I was not able to be at the Home During the closing process. I would say she went above and beyond doing these things And it’s very good to have a realtor like that.

We recently sold our home in Mendham Boro and had Raeann Jackapino represent us as our Real Estate Agent. It was an extremely difficult transaction at the end and I can honestly say that our home would not have closed if not for the assistance and expertise of Raeann. She helped us through every step the process with outstanding communication and customer service. We always knew what was happening and what would be coming next. She responded instantly and took the time to provide explanation and guidance. She treated our home as if it was her own and was always respectful of our requests. Raeann took the time to put the small details into all of her presentations, especially at our Open Houses. She is extremely kind and compassionate but will do what is necessary to get the job done. Raeann was truly amazing! She was in contact with me through this whole process her communication was very much appreciated. I highly recommend her for any of your purchases or if you are selling. She was professional in every aspect. Any questions I had she responded right away and if she didn’t know an answer she found out what it was.
