At the beginning Rafael was very responsive and professional in helping us look for our Orlando home. However, once we were under contract he was very hard to reach and caused us to extend our contract twice (costing us money). We were disappointed in his lack of professionalism as our agent and he wasn't present during closing. He left us stranded with unanswered questions the day after closing in our new home. The seller's agent stepped in and help us obtain the house keys and kept us informed regarding the furniture that was left in the house from the previous owners.

Rafael is in outstanding Realtor. Organized, pro-active and helps throughout the entire process. Pleasure to work with and always was there to answer any questions. Highly recommended!

My experience with Rafael was /is a 10 out of 10. His expertise and knowledge is not just limited to the buying process. He continues to go above and beyond after the sale of the house in our efforts to button up minor issues regarding the house and to get the property in top shape for weekly rentals. He communicates very well and gets back to you quickly regarding all issues. Dependable, professional, knowledgeable ,easy going yet good intelligent energy. I couldn't imagine using any other agent and would highly recommend his services.

He was a nice and dedicated realtor. He quickly helps me out information and gave me alot advice since my first time but house. We do needed these kind people in real estate world. Great Friendly Service will give you much detail as possible even if it doesn’t relate to topic he will go above and beyond to satisfy his caller. We have talked about buying a property, renting it out as well as selling it. We also talked a little on different aspects of real estate.
