Randall did a phenomenal job!!! As a 1st time home.buyer, I had no clue what to expect during this process. Randall was extremely knowledgeable and help us better understand which steps to take next and what everything meant. I work 12+ hr shifts and I normally wouldn't get off wok until 8-8:30pm. Randall scheduled showings for us at night so we could see a few houses. One night we were out until 11pm!!! He was more than willing to work around my work schedule! He always knew the details on every house we looked at which was helpful in our making an informed decision about whichever house we looked at. There were times when I was overwhelmed with it all because so much goes into buying a house but Randall was able to explain things in a way that made it all so much easier to understand and process. I would 110% recommend Randall to anyone in the market to buy a house. We appreciate how professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and friendly his truly is! We love his "Meredith rule"..it's awesome! We can see he truly cares about his clients and truly goes above and beyond!!! A+ in our books!!!

Randall is by far the most professional realtor I’ve worked with. He catered to your needs as a client. Takes time to get to know you preferences and shows you exactly what you are looking for. He works for you. Doesn’t matter the time of day or night. He delivers results. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Randall was absolutely outstanding with the purchase of our home! Went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Was great at communicating and going over details about the home. Was knowledgeable about any renovations we might need to do. Randall was a delight to work with! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know who wants to purchase a home.

Randall is who you want! He paid very close attention to our wants and needs and didn’t waste our time with less than that or more than that. It’s obvious from the moment you speak with him that you finding YOUR home is more important than him getting a sale. That in itself sets him apart from the rest.
