I have been working with Randy on two projects: purchase of a new family home and sale of a townhouse investment property. Randy has been the consummate professional, one I continue to count on to provide superior service. The sale of the townhouse was closed inside of two months from initiating the process for more than we expected when we started the process. During our process to purchase a new family residence, Randy has been with us all of the way to include two offers which unfortunately we not accepted due to the contingency sale we are under with our primary residence. I count on Randy as not only our agent but a sounding board for our desires and needs. You cannot go wrong contracting with Randy Fox whether to sell or buy a home.

If you had a high downpay to purchase a property and expect an easy transaction, That's my case. But it ended with a total of 9 heirs and court approval for Randy to deal with. The challenge and headaches are numerous and on and on to linger around almost forever. Time required to close the escrow is about three times than original estimate. Without Randy's expertise and professionalism, my transaction might be still up in the air. Give Randy a call, he's hold you hand walk thru any unexpected.

Randy was very personable and easy to talk with. If we had a problem he would solve it as soon as he could. He sent doc;s to us to sign immediately. He was way ahead of the escrow that we used.
