I have worked with agents around the world and Rashna is literally the best. She went above and beyond at every call - kept me informed but not overwhelmed with too much information, was organized, followed-through, and always did it with a smile. I will always use her in future real estate transactions.

Rashna is the literal best. We had an excellent realtor in NC who helped us buy and sell our first home (Bob Hopper) and when we told him we were looking to buy here in FL he recommended Rashna. We thought Bob was the best ever but somehow Rashna was even better! Sorry Bob! Honestly though we love them both. Rashna was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, answered all of our questions and really made us feel secure and supported throughout the whole process. This market is incredibly difficult right now and Rashna truly went above and beyond when we were dealing with uncooperative sellers and made sure we were protected in our contracts and understood the process at all times. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Rashna is simply amazing as a realtor. We recently purchased and sold a house with her. Her knowledge is amazing. She definitely goes above and beyond to help and give us all the info we need. Not even one question was left behind without answer. She is extremely efficient, dedicated, sweet and kind. Highly recommended.

As a fellow business owner, I hold other business owners to an essentially unattainable standard. I expect my calls to be answered, my emails to be returned, my texts to be replied to, my wishes to be heard, my best interests to be protected, and my well-being to be put above all the rest. Rashna, delivered time and time again. Each time I thought she couldn’t make it work or wasn’t going to be able to get me in to a showing, she made it happen, sometimes with only 30 minutes notice! Work ethic and honesty like this simply don’t exist anymore and working with Rashna restores your belief in the fact that good people still exist. I wish I had more real estate transactions so Rashna and I could continue to work together more and more. Don’t walk, RUN to your phone and call Rashna today.

We couldn’t be happier with Rashna’s commitment in making our dream home a reality. She’s very knowledgeable and always does her research. She sold our home and helped us buy a new home. Rashna was relentless with negotiating a deal for us. Every step of the way we depended on her and she never let us down. She would constantly update us in the process of securing the deals.
