I reached out to Ray as a local business man in the Real-estate industry. When Ray came to assess the property, I wanted to leave the furniture and the house as it was because, I live out of state 1500 miles away to be exact. He was very strong on certain things being done. He felt this would make it more successful upon selling my house. I did exactly what he has suggested. I never sold real state before. As we progressed, he explained in detail every step of the way the exact process and time frame it was going to be as well as cost involved. It was like being in a real-estate class he is very informative and patient. I will tell you this, I never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a return phone call. He is prompt and 100% available. When the house was listed it had a serious buyer in 2 days. That buyer purchased the house 3 weeks later. Our description can't begin to express how great our experience working with Ray has been. From the moment he came into our home, he was professional, complimentary and straight forward - no games. He promised he'd sell our house and laid out exactly what he'd do to accomplish that. True to his word, he sold our house within ONE week of listing it and above asking price. Of course this was the perfect outcome but, perhaps more importantly, was the journey to closing. The time between receiving an offer and closing often has bumps and bruises. When we hit a bump, Ray took care of it (more than once). He did the legwork, made the calls and made it happen. We nicknamed him Magic Ray - that should tell you much we were impressed by him! Ray made a stressful time so much easier. We wouldn't hesitate for one moment to recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell their home. It goes without saying that should we be in the market to buy in the future, he's the man we'll call. Ray is the realtor you want representing you.

It was such a pleasure working with Ray especially on being a first-time homebuyer. I was nervous and was unsure if I was taking the correct steps but Ray was always available to answer questions and scheduling anything with him was a breeze. From the second I called, he listened to all my concerns and really took everything into consideration. I truly appreciate a hard worker and would recommend his services to anyone searching for a home!
