As a rookie home seller, I was a fish outta water, but Ramon was eloquently explaining the process and helped me get all the documents signed confidently with electronic ease. As a busy out of town medical worker, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Thank you Ramon for going over and beyond to help us make this sale quickly. Ramon was a fantasic agent to work especially since I was a first time home buyer. He was very knowledgeable about the buying process, and prepared me for the hoops and hurdles I would naturally encounter as a buyer. He was professional but personable. Ramon also has great work ethic and was extremely patient with my needs and work schedule. It was nice working with someone who did not make me feel pressured, and gave me options and flexibility. I think the biggest takeaway was how he recommended great properties for my needs and secured a solid contract that included a 5k credit.
