I just have to RAVE about REAGAN! He had sold a house for a friend of mine and they highly recommended him. However, I was just determined to try and sell by myself/by owner. Lordy! What a beat down that was with a hundred million agents calling, texting, emailing. I lasted 5 days I think! Anyway, I called Reagan and my life and the sale of my house got so uncomplicated! He got to business ASAP and the real activity began. He did the research & priced my house according to his research and the fabulous condition my house was still in after 36 yrs! He sold my property for the highest $/sf in my subdivision and did it in under 2 weeks. He is very knowledgeable and left no stone unturned to make sure my concerns were met. And patience... oh, goodness, I had so many questions!!! He handled every one with grace. He stands firm on his word and that was of major importance to me. He is committed to the end in mind, reliable and straight forward. Just the best in my opinion! Thank you Reagan for everything!

My spouse and I have used Reagan for the last five years ( 2 sales and 2 purchases) and we could not have made a better choice for representation. Reagan is a master negotiator and an excellent tactician. He also does a great job educating is clients. Bottom line Reagan takes care of the most important part of real estate transactions, our assets!! Thank you Reagan for having our best interest.

A friend referred me to Reagan after I had spent 2 months looking for a condo with 2 other agents with whom I was not satisfied. My friend used him 2 years prior to buy his condo and said he would be the most honest realtor I could find. From the first day he showed me properties I could tell he was honest and genuinely had my best interest in my mind. He never once made me feel like I was rushed and was able to meet several times on short moment's notice. When it came down to two properties I was interested in Reagan actually talked me into buying the cheaper property as being a better investment for myself in the long run. He even helped me with my renovation after I closed on the property. I will definitely recommend Reagan to my friends and family.

Reagan was very professional and well mannered throughout our entire purchase process. He was very persistent with follow up and negotiations and was able to get the home we purchased down to the best price possible. I highly recommend him personally along with anyone from his brokerage firm for any and all your real estate needs!
