Regina has helped us buy a house in Wilmington in 2014, sell a house in Wilmington in 2017, and now in 2023 she helped connect us with great realtors to sell our home in Greenville and buy our dream home in Wendell. Literally my only regret is that we didn't think to ask her to point us to a Greenville realtor when we bought our house there in between. There is nothing in the home buying and selling market I would not trust her with.

Honestly, Regina’s market knowledge and enthusiasm have always made the process of referring her to my NC clients a breeze. I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else in the area. Hands down she is an easy choice with awesome service!

Hands Down, THE BEST REALTOR that we have ever worked with! She is very knowledgeable, driven for client success, knows the Wilmington/Leland market like the back of her hand, top notch marketing of our house to get it under contract in 1 day, and her negotiating abilities are phenomenal. Regina put us at ease from the moment we met her and built instantaneous trust with us. She had our best interest at the forefront during the whole sale process of our home. She was able to help us weigh pros and cons of the multiple offers that we got in the short period of time, in order to select the best offer for the sell of our home. Since our house sold so fast, she even helped us with securing rental options for us, since we are building a new home. We put off trying to sell our home for many months, because we have had such mediocre experiences with buying and selling homes previously. Thankfully, we kept getting advertisement flyers in our mail about how many homes she had sold recently. After doing more online research about Regina online, we decided to interview her. The only thing we regret is waiting so long to contact Regina! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and kept us at ease through our whole selling experience. Regina Drury helped me to purchase my first house, and I quickly went back to her when we were ready to sell and purchase a larger home. She helped us to prepare our home to list for the highest price, and sold it within 18 hours of listing! She also helped us find our dream home to buy, and seamlessly coordinated the sell and purchase of the two homes. In addition, she suggested a mortgage broker that was able to get us a very low rate on the new home. Her knowledge and expertise of the Wilmington area is second to none. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
