Remone was very helpful with the sale of my condo. From the beginning he gave me advise on how to price it so it can sell expediantly & not sit in the market. He gave me advice on how much comparable condo were selling for & that help me to price my condo fairly.

Remone was exceptional, we were working with other realtors prior to Remone, and listed our house for sale March 17th 2022 and it was the worse experience we've been through. The Realtor we hired in March 2022 didn't market our house properly and after listing our house with them for 6 months, we finally had it with them. I was referred to Remone and other agents by UpNest. I interviewed Remone in September 2022 and decided to have him list our house, the best decision we could have made, two weeks after we hired Remone, we received an offer September 2022 and closed on October 14th, 2022. I just wished we had met Remone when we had our house on the market initially in March of 2022, I have no doubt we would have sold our house sooner and for more money, because with the other agents, who didn't market our house properly, we ending up getting impacted negatively by interest rates hikes and ultimately had to lower our asking price. When I read the narrative Remone used to describe our house I would have wanted to buy it immediately. Thank GOD we met him, in 2 weeks we had more showings than the previous agents did in 6 months and as I said earlier after 2 weeks, we had an offer and closed within 45 days. He did an excellent job I would recommend him to anyone needing a Realtor and I do plan on using Remone for my future Real Estate transactions!

When I met Remone he showed up and I saw a man who was ready to go to work. He came with a prospectus write up of how much he would market my home and how much he thought he could sell it for, I thought he was like a ball of energy, I thought his numbers were high but he was confident in his strategies, so I listened and I wanted to sign right away, he was so impressive. HE took a tour of my home and explained to me what he thought I should do. I had talked to other real estate guys and what they said they could get for my house was much lower, but I could tell by their demeanor they didn’t want to put in any work. Remone was different. HE was like a general surveying the battlefield. You need to do this, fix this, don’t worry about this, I’ll fix this, you need to get this for the kitchen, this for the front yard. And he said he would take care of all. I thought I was going to pay thousands to sell my place. Nope, he had a crew and knew what to do, I spent a fraction of what I expected. He cleaned up, took great pictures with drones and professional photographers, and we received incredible offers, but I was still not a believer all the way up until the money was in my account and then I screamed, Remone was a superhero. did it in about 2 months, smooth as a baby’s bottom. I cannot say enough about this man, he was like an angel sent to save me from financial ruin. I called him the greatest ever. I just cannot say enough about him, it’s the first time I thought someone’s commission wasn’t enough, I plan to buy him a meal and a gift card. There are not enough words. If you get this guy, you are lucky, he was there, responsive, and has a breadth of knowledge, just not on real estate but the law of it and on the trends in the market, I was a nervous wreck and as a teacher I am so busy but he made it easy for me, he treated me like family and kept me calm, I am so grateful and thankful to Remone, thank you again. I would recommend him with the highest distinction. I hope he is available if I decide to move after retirement. Could not imagine anyone else selling my home in the South Florida region besides him. 5 MILLION STARS!!!!
