Rene and his team will do everything they can to find you the perfect house. His office is staffed 7 days a week. When showing houses he was able to pick out the upgrades and give a true market value within a couple thousand dollars of what the appraisal reflected. He is not pushy and truest does seek to find you the right home for you. We looked at close to 30 houses before purchasing, after the first 5 or 6 he had a good idea of what we were looking for and was able to narrow the search down a bit for us. Next time we look to sell or purchase, We will be seeking him out

Rene Garcia is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and is very accommodating with his busy schedule. We were not from the area and he was kind enough to keep us in the "better" areas and was willing to adjust his schedule to meet with us when we needed. He seems to work well with other agents and has gone above and beyond to be certain we were taken care of and we were totally satisfied. We would highly recommend Rene Garcia, and we will continue to refer to him in the future.

Rene showed us several houses before we found the home we bought. He was always on time, had all documentation for the house and area and answered all our questions. After we found the house we purchased he walked us through the closing process and answered any question or concerns we had about the process. We felt he was very professional.

Rene went above and beyond when we purchased our home in San Antonio while we were stationed overseas. He was a tremendous help when our house sat empty for about 3 months until we flew back to the states. Rene is fantastic and I highly recommend him!

I would put all 5 stars but then people don't believe your being truthful. Rene was great one of the best I've ever worked with. He really made me and my wife feel like he had our best interest in mind. Thanks Rene!
