Renee and her husband,Terry, are hands down the best realtor team we have been in contact with. We had the pleasure of working with them for a cross country move. Terry was very professional and easy to work with and talk to. He was always available even late at night when we had silly questions. He and Rene are great at what they do and we consider them friends at this point. Will definitely recommend them and use them if we ever leave our dream place that they helped us find!

Terry Jacks was a godsend to our family in helping my brother and me sell my mother's house. My mother is now living out of state with me, so we had to do the paperwork end of things remotely. Not only did Terry make that a completely smooth process, but he also worked with my brother in Beaumont to get the house on the market and actively promote the listing. Thanks to the video Terry made and the other things he did to spread the word, we had multiple offers right away. We were trying to sell the house during the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic, so buyers had all sorts of special hurdles to meet with lenders. Terry stayed on top of every detail and worked tirelessly to smooth the way for the sale. He spotted a number of potential hang-ups at various stages of the process and, one after another, did all of the work to manage them before they ever became an issue for us. It is not an overstatement to say that Terry took care of EVERYTHING. I will be forever grateful to him for his hard work, skill, professionalism, and also for his unfailing kindness. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
