We chose Rhonda Holmsten as our agent when we moved to Clatskanie in 2013 because she was clearly knowledgeable, put us at ease, asked thoughtful questions and paid attention to our answers. From our first meeting, we felt that her goal was to help us find a house we loved and that’s what she did. Throughout the process, Rhonda was calm, good natured, supportive and quick to respond. When we found the right house, she guided us through the purchase with care and expertise. Early in 2020, when we decided to sell and move closer to family, we never considered using any other agent. Again, Rhonda was wonderful to work with. She clearly appreciated the care we’ve given the house and gave us expert advice about preparing for the sale. As it turned out, the house sold almost immediately. We couldn’t be happier.

Rhonda did a great job and was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions. If anyone of my friends in the Columbia County area ever need a realtor, I am going to recommend Rhonda.
