We would like to express our gratitude for the job Rhonda Keane Milligan did in our recent house search. We met her at an open house that turned out to be out of our price range. When we told her our needs she sat down and gave us an overview of the area and gave us hints to help in our search. She offered to help but did not overwhelm us. Eventually we contacted her and immediately made arrangement to see houses. She provided us links to several houses that met our criteria then after down sizing the list she took us to eight houses. Her knowledge of the area and houses was evident from the start. At the end of the day we went to dinner and got a sense of the social life that will be available. We then asked to see an additional group of houses and began to downsize our pool of potential houses. We asked her to take us back to several houses sometimes as we drove from one house to another and she never hesitated to get the permissions to enter the houses and to gather information from the other realtors about features and the willingness of the seller to make a deal. Long story short, after reviewing over thirty houses online and visiting nineteen houses, some multiple times, we found the perfect house for us. We first met Rhonda at an open house while visiting Florida in February. We found out she was originally from Iowa as we are so we had an immediate connection. She showed us another property that day that we were interested in but decided we weren’t quite ready to purchase. After researching listings for a number of months we finally made a trip back to Florida and toured a number of properties with Rhonda. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very professional. After narrowing our search we were successful in purchasing a property in North Fort Myers for a winter home. Rhonda has been so helpful in every step of the process as we completed all of the closing steps remotely from Iowa. I would highly recommend Rhonda if you are looking for any property in Lee County.

Rhonda is amazing! I had a limited amount of time to look at housing, and she came through. Professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and totally organised.I could never have made this journey without her

Rhonda is a professional who really enjoys her job. She was prompt and available at all times and was incredibly easy to work with. She had our best interest in mind when looking for properties and was very knowledgeable about the SW Florida real estate market. My wife and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy property.

Rhonda is a Rockstar Realtor! She is very knowledgeable and truly enjoyed helping me find the right home for my family. We visited dozens of homes while searching in Cape Coral and she never made me feel rushed or pressed for time. She is great at communicating and never failed to respond to me in a timely manner and has stayed in contact with me even after closing. In fact, I still reach out to her with questions and for referrals and she still responds and follws up with me in the same timely manner as before. She's realtor that truly cares about her clients, not just her commission and it shows! I recommend her highly to anyone who wants to feel like they're searching for a home with a friend that cares.
