Richard is a very talented, knowledgeable , kind agent that made the experience of selling my home, a pleasant and positive experience. Every interaction was professional and he responded quickly to any questions I had. I received a total of 8 offers within 3 days and he presented pros and cons of every offer! In addition, I will again make him my agent when purchasing my new home! The marketing experience was top notch and he was supportive every step of the process. All deadlines were met and in fact, we were able to close on the property early!
