Josh worked diligently to find us the perfect house. He worked around our schedules to accommodate when we could do showings, he asked knowledgeable questions when we were given tours and knew exactly what to look for in houses we were touring. I would recommend anyone searching for a house in the area to contact Josh!

As a realtor, Rich is knowledgeable, forthcoming, stress reducing and all around an honest and understanding professional. He was up front with us from the start, giving well researched information of our area, explaining what would help us and hurt us with our house and the market's condition and giving well laid out instruction on what we could do to help ourselves. We had a limited amount of time we had to get things done before we had to move and Rich took a lot of the stress away. We never had to worry about what was going on, he kept us updated, gave us his experienced views throughout the process, and helped to speed things along. I've been fortunate to have Rich as my realtor in buying and selling my residence. I cannot fully express my appreciation for him nor how wonderful he is in helping anyone through the craziness that is buying or selling a house. I wouldn't look any further for a realtor, he is the best.

This is the second time that Rich has helped us buy/sell a home. He is the best! If he can't take a call, he calls back very shortly afterward. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, and he is very professional at all times. We wouldn't use anyone else but Rich.
