Rich was a godsend in the process of purchasing our first home. We had no idea where to start and had endless questions about how to approach the process. He was so patient and generous with this time and knowledge. There were so many things Rich pointed out about the homes we saw that I would have never noticed or even know to look out for. I felt more confidence in what we were looking for every time we walked out of a showing with him. The market being as tough as it is our search was long. He made sure we always were a priority and that we never lost momentum. He gave us great advice and we ended up with the house of our dreams. Where Rich really shines is his people skills, both during offers we placed and through our purchasing process. There were a lot of challenges that Rich proactively identified, owned and addressed (many of which were beyond his core responsibilities.) He was always quick to pick up the phone and move the ball forward with all the different players in the deal, many of which were not the easiest people. You could tell he was very invested in our success and he takes his work personally. I highly recommend Rich to any person looking to buy a home in Central Jersey and if we enter the market again, he is the only agent we will be working with.

I've been looking online at houses in the central/northern part of NJ area for about 1 year (2022-2023). When I found one in the Franklin Township area in June 2023, Richard (Rich) Keri was the realtor/representative for that home and we discussed the property, the housing market and the high demand/pricing of houses in this area (typically a lot of competition). Rich helped prepare me with getting all my 'ducks' in order, he recommended a loan company, (they were great to work with) received a good rate, and was able to be complete my loan pre-approval in less than 3 days. I decided not to get that house but kept looking. Rich was very professional, easy to work with, provided me with the information on any other houses I was interested in seeing, would coordinate with any of the other realtors for visits to houses I wanted to see, and there were quite a few. Rich never harassed me, he always provided me with his honest opinion and recommendations, which was a relief. When I finally found a house in Somerset County November 2023, Rich recommended contacts for home inspector, sewer inspector/land sweeper, and a very knowledgeable real estate lawyer. His recommendations were very helpful (time saving for me, since it reduced the time I had to do internet searches for these services), and made the entire housing purchase process much easier and less stressful. I think Rich is an excellent realtor, he knows the housing market extremely well, is honest, easy to work with and I would strongly recommend him to help you find your future house. Best, -Jan

Richard Keri is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really cares about his clients as well as the community and neighborhood. He is very professional, and I strongly recommend him. Our home in Franklin Park, New Jersey sold quickly and efficiently.

If you’re looking to sell your home, we highly recommend using Rich! Rich was honest and fair, and we really felt like he had our back throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Rich is very knowledgeable and always made himself available for us. Selling a home and moving after 30 years is a miserable experience, but Rich made the process almost enjoyable. He listed our home on a Friday and by Tuesday we were signing contracts. I wish I had more homes to sell, I would definitely use Rich!
