Rich Was fabulous! Could not have been better. We had many environmental issues with the property and he patiently guided me through them and encouraged me. No hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

Richard is a true professional and exceeded all of my expectations. My family and I were initially represented by Richard as buyers. After a fantastic first experience we then had Richard represent us as sellers too. What you get with Richard is decades of experience which frankly can not be matched by other agents I’ve encountered. He always answered the phone and made himself available when needed. Furthermore, what was most impressive is his willingness to go above and beyond what any realtor has done in the past. *Prior to our certificate of occupancy inspection I had hand surgery. Richard met me at our home which we were selling with a ladder and tools to take a look at our smoke detectors and receptacles. Richard is then up on his ladder changing old smoke detectors. This is just one example of what comes with a business relationship with Richard. I’ve personally been involved in nearly two dozen real estate transactions and I have never met another agent with the integrity and work ethic in which Richard displays. Richard has reshaped my perception of what a great agent can and will do.

Richard Suthard is the best Real Estate Agent that I have ever worked with. He sold my house and found me a new home in a matter of weeks. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they were just at impressed with him. He helped my daughter buy her first house and gave her the extra guidance she needed. Rich was fantastic. I already knew how great he was because he helped my mom sell and buy her new home so when we wanted to buy our first home we called him right away. He really listened about what was important to us and showed us properties that fit our needs. He was very honest and trustworthy when it came to different aspects of the buying process and he helped us understand what to expect.
