You will not find any better than Rici. Stop looking and just call her. All your worries will be over. She has it all, from knowledge of the area to the skills to make the deal. She helped me find my home in Spring, Tx and then helped me sell it. Oh, did I mention it sold in 18 days. So whether your buying or selling a home Rici can get it done. So whats the bottom line? For me it was location then price. Rici again came through for me with flying colors. I got both. All because of Rici. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true. Rici is a true Professional.

Rici made relocating from Omaha, NE to The Woodlands very easy for us! We communicated via emails and phone calls prior to coming to the area to look at homes. Rici did her homework. Once we arrived Rici knew exactly what we were looking for and did not mind showing us over 60 (or more) houses in a week until we found the perfect home for us. The day we pulled up in front of the house we ended up purchasing I told Rici there's no way it was within the price range we wanted to stay within. She told me not to worry that was her job! She ended up negotiating the house down to a price below what we were willing to pay. Not only did she do that she also asked for upgrades. So the day she told us that they accepted our offer she also told us she got us upgraded appliances! I highly recommend Rici. She knows her market. She goes above and beyond to get to know her customers and she will not stop until she finds you the perfect home! If we ever need to list our home we will not have to search for an agent that will work for us because we have already found her. You cannot go wrong with Rici Birmingham!

Rici was a lovely person to work with especially in a stressful situation as selling our house. I highly recommend her. She is professional, dependable, really listens to you. Should I ever have the need to buy or sell again, Rici is on the top of my list.
