Rick was everything we could have asked for in a real estate agent. At every step of the process, from searching for our new home and handling negotiations to selling our old home, he was informative, responsive, insightful and a total pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer questions or give advice, and his calm demeanor helped make a very stressful process much easier for us. The process of simultaneously buying and selling a home can be difficult, but Rick guided us through it and we never doubted that he was working for our best interest the entire time. I would give Rick the highest recommendation for anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

Melinda and I worked with Rick on finding a dream home. Rick is a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and honesty about the housing market was a learning experience for Mel and I. Rick did an amazing job showing us any and every house we wished to see. He gave expert opinions on the area and pros/cons of houses. He got us into the houses in a quick and timely manner. My kids enjoyed looking at houses with Rick because he has a great sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend Rick Hubbard to anyone who is house hunting!! He even helped us move into our new house. Now, that's going the extra mile! (:

My husband and I decided to put our house on the market knowing it could take some time to sell due to the unique characteristics our house has to offer. We were able to sell our house much sooner than originally anticipated during the slowest time of the year for the market.
