I had the pleasure of working with Rick Gates from EXP Realty during my recent home buying process, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. I am in the military and stationed at a different duty station and Mr. Gates worked with me for over 3 months to find me the house that was right for me and in my budget. He is a local who has lived in the area for a long time and has a depth of knowledge that is unmatched. He gave me the best recommendations and eased any concerns with buying my first house. Mr. Gates fought to get me a fair compensation for any repairs that needed to be done. He also was available at anytime of day to answer any questions and give advice on homes. Rick was extremely resourceful in helping us find our first house. We moved to a new area and had no idea about the location’s housing details, or about buying a house for that matter. Rick was thorough in his explanations and descriptions, and went above and beyond to provide us video tours when we couldn’t make it to open houses, show us local restaurants, etc. Additionally, Rick regularly communicated with us about the status of houses we were interested in, and was quick to respond when we contacted him with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Rick for any of your buying or selling needs, as he is intentional about his work and puts his client’s wants and needs first!

Best ever! Hands down, twenty years of moving around for the army, the best ever realtor! Super kind, super user friendly, and very honest!
