Rio helped us purchase a home, sell a rental property, and then eventually sell our main home when we had to move unexpectedly out of state. She has been so wonderful to work with in every situation. She is professional, quick to respond, and so helpful. She is patient and happy to explain all the ins and outs of different scenarios without being pushy one way or another. She took the most beautiful pictures of both properties we sold! She clearly has an artistic eye when it comes to photographing a house and really bringing out it's full potential. She also went above and beyond for us in the last sale, staging the house for us at no increased cost, and even removed some of the things we accidentally left behind in the basement for us. She seems to be very willing to do the extra work to make sale go as smooth as possible. I would strongly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We are so thankful that she was recommended to us!

Rio is by far the best agent I have ever worked with in purchasing/selling a house. She is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to action. There was not a single answer she wouldn’t track down or problem she couldn’t solve. You will not find a better agent. Do yourself a favor and hire her!

VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can not express enough how GREAT Rio is!! She goes above and beyond. Her knowledge, care, responsiveness and overall performance are outstanding for every question, concern & detail! It's not enough, but I will just repeat - I HIGHLY and WHOLLY recommend Rio - you would be very lucky to have her represent you on either side. She sold my home then helped find and purchase my new one!

We couldn't have had a better agent than Rio. Trekking through mud and clambering down slippery embankments to unlikely dwellings was all just a days work. She is laid-back, patient and helpful; not even the slightest hint of pushy. At the same time she is responsive and knowledgeable. Our offer was accepted over competing offers. The sale closed quickly and smoothly due to her diligence in staying on top of the process.

Rio had offers within the first week of the listing. The aerial shots of the whole property gave it an awesome selling point. She was quick to answer any questions and always kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone that is wishing to sell their property. Since I live far away from where the property was she was there to make sure every thing was taken care of.
