Rob was great went above and beyond to help sell our house in a down time for market . Would highly recommend him! Friendly , responsive and not only easy to work with but has a great work ethic and sense of humor.

Rob helped us sell our home, went above and beyond with taking beautiful pictures, giving us moving tips and professional service the whole way through. Selling and buying can also take a mental toll on you as well, but Rob has a real good way of keeping things cool and giving great advice!! Actually got $30,000 more for the home than expected! We also then purchased a lot and Rob made this transaction seemless and smooth, a true professional, I’d recommend Rob to anyone!!

I will give 0 review not even one star If you are first time buyer I will not recommend Rob at all you will over pay Thousand thousand dollar not a good service he lock you in for years buyer agency without your permission he never discuss anything he will not give you advice at all and he lies to he will tell you first he will do this that to make you sign a buyer agency with him don’t fall on his word

Can I do more than 5 stars? I moved from MKE to ATX 4 years ago and had been renting the house. The tenants were now moving so with little notice I decided to give the market a try. Rob was referred by a mutual friend as he had recently sold my pal's townhouse for him. Rob took on the task happily and man did he hit a home run. Rob looked over the house, did some painting and cleaning as needed (this was not addtl $$ - it was included in his fees!) We had 6 offers during the first open house, countered all 6, 5 accepted, and we picked our favorite. From there, Rob handled everything and was in constant communication. We did some E-Signing of docs as needed, chatted here and there about progress and then the house closed. I seriously was DREADING this process but it couldn't have gone smoother and better yet FASTER. We are eternally grateful for finding Rob and could not recommend anyone better to handle your Realty needs. I will sing his praises to anyone that I hear needs help in the Milwaukee area!!! Rob was excellent from start to finish, and always took a personal interest in our home sale process. I would definitely recommend Rob to home buyers and sellers.
