Rob and his team run like a well-oiled machine. Perfect example below... We entered escrow to purchase a home with a 30 day closing window. During those 30 days, Rob worked relentlessly to make sure the home we were in escrow to purchase was reflective of the offer we submitted. He and his team did a superb job at lining up the inspectors along with negotiating seller credits that lined up with repairs that needed immediate attention. Even after we closed escrow (28 days), Rob remained in the picture to make sure the repairs were being completed on time. Within 5 days of closing escrow on our new home, Rob and his team listed the home we had been living in for the last 4 years. We entered escrow to sell the home within 4 days of listing it. Similar to the purchase of the new home, Rob worked relentlessly to make sure any repairs we had to make were done on time and within the budget we discussed. The buyer closed escrow within 28 days. From the time we entered/closed escrow on our new home and then subsequently listed/entered/closed on our previous home, it took roughly 65 days! Anyone would be pressed to match or beat that timeframe. Simply put, Rob and his team knew the importance of working efficiently to make this happen. Although I was prepared to make several double mortgage payments - assuming the sale of the home would take longer - everything was handled so efficiently that not a single double mortgage payment was ever required. Rob and his team worked with our family to help us buy our home in May 2013 in an IMPOSSIBLY competitive market in W Roseville (95747). There were 34 offers on the home. We are confident we would not be in our home were it not for Rob and his negotiation expertise and local knowledge. Thank you Rob to you and your team! We now live in a fantastic neighborhood and our newborn son Peyton will grow up in a great school district and we have already created so many family memories... Many more to come!

Rob is a great guy and a master in our area. Being in the real estate industry myself I have come into contact with MANY agents and none have the impressive skills that Rob possesses. We purchased a home in Rocklin for $300k and could not be happier with the process, the property, and the relationship we generated with Rob.

I have worked with Rob on 3 separate occasions. He has helped me to both purchase homes and sell them. He is extremely knowledgable and very attentive to details. He is also just an "all around good guy.". He is very helpful in getting help for turning a house around to sell or rent. He helps with your entire objective - whether it is home ownership for yourself or for a rental investment. You won't find a better agent!!!!

If you want to get results, Rob Wolf is the go to Realtor for you. We hired him twice and both times we received the best service anyone could ask for. Rob sets the bar high for others to follow and you would be a fool if did not have him on your side when buying or selling a home.
