Best realtor ever! He was prepared with information about the market when we first met. He recommended a listing price that attracted potential buyers. He and his partner even brought some decorative items to dress up my home. It sold in 48 hours over the asking price. He was wonderful on follow-thru and prevented a delay in closing.
