I am writing here to give the highest of recommendations for Robert Gordon and Inglenook Realty Inc in Galway NY. All of the members of the team were respectful, helpful, informative, reachable, trustworthy, kind and funny! I never once felt I could not reach out to any of them for any reason. There was not a question, observation or request that was not addressed professionally and quickly. Whenever I need advice on or recommendations for any repair or issue that needed to be addressed that had appeared they came up with some reputable choices of contractors and ideas of finding the right help. They were right there to see me through all of the difficult decisions, thoughts and emotions with genuine care and insightfulness. I needed that! My home was a “different” place that needed a special buyer. A truly different approach was needed-they met the challenge with a positive and realistic attitude. They were able to reach a huge variety of potential buyers via avenues like being on one of the episodes of American Dream TV…. That was very exciting! Robert Gordon is an amazing photographer and well versed in video presentations. His work was one of the reasons I chose to talk to and eventually sign up with Inglenook. The interview with Kathy Gordon, Amber Mathias and Robert finalized our decision. It is a personal grief that my husband was not to able to see the whole experience through- but he was a big part of that decision. We never felt pressured and only felt a confidence ,willingness and professionalism from them to see the project through. I also will include that any time I have wanted to check out a place to move to they got right on to setting up the appointment and making sure it happened. I look forward to finding my next home with them and will rely on the knowledge of the area that Robert knows and is willing to share. There is so much more I could say. There is a lot that I I know about him that is positive and I have only warm feelings concerning the subject of who he is and what he is all about with the business. Take my advice and give yourself the opportunity to see what he is about if you are going to be putting your home on the market or are looking for new digs!

We Recently purchased our first home with Bob Gordon From Inglenook and could not be happier with our experience. Being our first time he took the time to explain every last detail of everything we looked at and the process as a whole. He was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help with anything we needed. Communication and availability to us was seamless and quick anytime we wanted to see a house. He got new house listings to us as soon as they were available, giving us the best chance for success in this competitive market! I would highly recommend Robert Gordon as a real estate agent. He was very professional in every manner he sold my property in less than two months and he’s very responsive to any inquiries or problems. Did an excellent job of taking photos of the property and even use the drone to show the proximity to Sacandaga lake. Again I would give Robert five stars and highly recommend his services It was not an easy property to sell because it did not have have lake rights to Sacandaga Lake, even though the property was a stones throw from the lake Again, I would highly recommend Robert Gordon to sell your property He is very knowledgeable about the Sacandaga lake area, and Fulton and Montgomery County
