Robert was our buyer's agent for our home purchase and he is a pleasure to work with. He did a fantastic job representing us and ensuring that all our questions and concerns were answered on contingencies, city ordinances, and the home itself. He was available when needed and worked quickly with our lender and the seller to close escrow ahead of schedule. Robert is a professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

I have an excellent experience buying my property because Robert was so involved with this transaction. Robert knows his craft very well. He always have answers to my questions. He is very prompt in giving me feed backs whether it be by phone or by email. Robert truly was a savior when I had to do my 1031 exchange sort of a last minute transaction because my agent when I sold my property in exchange for this one that I just bought with Robert's help did not initiate the paperwork for this. Robert did an excellent job in this particular transaction and as a result we finished the deal with no added stress. His client's needs and satisfaction is number one on his list whenever he interacts with different people involved in the deal. Robert is such a wonderful person overall and I highly recommend him. Robert worked very hard and was great with following up. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, and especially caring when it comes to his clients. He was just as invested as we were in getting us this beautiful new home, and consistently contacted us through email/call in order to move things along as smoothly as possible.
