We could not be happier with our experience using Rob as a realtor. He was friendly and professional for the entire process, explaining each step, offering advice and guidance when asked but leaving decisions up to my husband and I. He worked tirelessly to help us prepare our home, market it, and show it and got us multiple offers above asking price. He was available for us basically around the clock and we are so thankful for him!

Rob has great local knowledge. He knows the neighborhoods and the values within the neighborhoods. He was patient throughout our decision making process, which lasted over a year looking at many different possibilities . He kept us well informed during the experience. He was a good listener and got answers to all our questions. I would highly recommend him as a realtor.

Rob was AMAZING and very patient in helping us find the perfect house for us! We did not make it easy for him by going back and forth on what we wanted, location, budget — Rob was great — he took us to see houses in lots of different areas and at multiple price points to help us determine what we really wanted. What’s more, he knew a TON about the different areas (Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake) which helped us understand local laws, flood likelihood and insurance, property-value trends, etc. He also helped us think through possible renovations / costs at each location. Thanks to him, we found the perfect house — and, with his large network of contacts in the area, he helped us find excellent contractors to help us with the projects we wanted to do. We highly recommend working with Rob — we’ve bought multiple houses over the years and he made this our easiest, most pleasant home purchase to date!

Rob exceeded all expectations through the sale of my house. He was honest, he was informative, he was responsive, and most of all he was sensitive to my situation and needs. Rob truly cares about his clients and it was obvious throughout our transaction. Rob will go above and beyond to make sure your real estate sale/purchase goes smoothly.

Rob Principe did a wonderful job both finding us a new home and selling our new home. He was very knowledgeable about the local (pricing) market, area amenities, and housing options. He helped us navigate the process seamlessly even recommending contractors to help with renovations on our new home. When we were ready to sell our old home, his advice on de-cluttering and staging inside and out as well as timing helped put our house in the market at the right time to find a great buyer. We will absolutely use Rob again anytime we need buying or selling help.
