Saying that Rob went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations is an understatement. When we first connected, I told him about the struggles I was going through and my fear for my safety, which created a need to sell my home and buy a new one as quickly as possible. Although this was clearly my issue, Rob made it his mission to prioritize my case and reassured me every step of the way that we would complete the process as soon as possible. And boy, did he deliver. I don’t think he ever missed a single phone call of mine. At every roadblock, he immediately moved it out of the way to keep things flowing. I work a 9-to-5 job, have a dog and three cats, and no children or spouse to help manage everything. Being present for all the different steps in this process often felt near impossible for me, but Rob made sure to be there at every intersection. On his own insistence and accord, he made sure my dog was taken care of and even fed my animals whenever he was at my home. At moments when I truly wanted to call it quits, Rob was there, offering the reassurance and support I needed to keep going. He was not just an advocate on my team but also someone who defended me against every hardship, obstacle, and disingenuous person along the way. He ensured every entity involved in my purchase process was vetted and held accountable for their services. Rob coordinated all the appointments and services with two city halls, three title companies, two realtors, two third-party individuals, the bank, a private inspector, an HVAC technician, and a carpenter. His ability to manage all of this with the magnitude of tasks he coordinated simultaneously was incredible to witness. I will never seek another team for realty services in my lifetime. Rob has set the bar so high that I will be referring only him to any family or friend who needs a realtor. I truly don’t believe there is anyone better at this job than Rob.

I dont even know where to begin! Robert was so amazing all through our search for a new home all the way to closing and beyond!! He is truly the only one that my family would ever work with. His dedication and caring are truly wonderful attributes in this line of work. We closed in this house and now, of course, Robert will list the one to sell for us. This guy is so flexible and doesn’t hesitate to plan everything around our needs. If there were 100 stars, he would have them all!! If anyone is looking for a realtor, make sure you have Robert on your side. Believe me…you’ll thank me later??

Nicole Powers in my families opinion is a super hero. She is always available for her clients, she is thorough, kind, professional and also down to earth. She listened to what our family wanted and managed to find a home that checked every box we had and then some. I was very adamant about wanting a home from the 90s. I am not originally from MI and I didn't think it would be possible to find a house that is reminiscent of what I grew up in; and she did it! And for my partner she was able to find one with a 3 car garage! He never thought that would be possible and now he has a perfect work space. And for my son...a POOL! There was a moment we thought we might not get it and she immediately fought for us; and we even got the house below listing price. I will forever and always use Nicole for any future real estate needs. I even have 3 different groups of people moving up here and have already referred her services. I genuinely cannot think of someone better for this profession. You can tell she loves to help people and cares. Thank you so much for everything and I definitely can't wait for the first pool party! I will definitely be inviting Nicole.

Rob did an outstanding job of helping me sell my house. He was able to get my home sold in a week and for exactly the price I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me through every step in the process. He made the process so easy. He even helped with the repairs required by the city to sell my house, saving me time and money. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Rob went above and beyond in helping us search for our new home. He had a lot of knowledge about the areas we were looking in and was always available when we wanted to look at houses or had questions. He was always patient and with us through every step of the process, I really felt like he cared and had our best interests at heart.
