Matt helped me find my house in Anderson back in October of 2024. Matt was very knowledgeable of the home-buying process. He helped me get a great pre-approval and made the home-buying process a lot easier than I expected. With me being a first-time home buyer at the time and not knowing anything, Matt explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and made the process a lot less stressful. If I was unsure about anything or just needed any info, I could call Matt up and he would have an answer for me and help me out with anything in the process. Smart and dedicated realtor with a bright future ahead of him. Next time I’ll buy or sell a house, I will be looking to do business with Matt again!

I have to sing praises about Robert. He sat us down before anything and showed us trends in our areas and realistic numbers that would make our house sell fast! He made sure we understood percentages going to the sellers/buyers and realtors, and made sure that we made an informed decision with the data and information he gave us. We put our house on sale on a Sunday, and were pending closing by Wednesday! They also have a list of very reputable and fast working contractors who were wonderful and replaced our water heater on short notice 2 days after being contacted. If you are looking for someone to give you not only results but also show you the magic behind the work and make you come out more educated about the real estate business then this team is for you!

Had a great experience working with Robert. My family and I had to move on a quick turnaround, and because of Robert and his team’s marketing and advertising of the home, it was under contract in 48 hours. On top of that Robert is a pleasure to work with in general. Very professional and great energy.

Robert just helped my fiance and I through the purchase of our first home and I truly cannot thank him enough for his help. We contacted Robert when we found a home through a personal contact that we were interested in but weren't sure if we would even be approved or how to show the seller we were interested in the property. That night he let us know how to get preapproved for a home loan and exactly what to do next. From there Robert walked us through every single step and ensured that we had a very clear understanding of what we were agreeing to and what the next steps would be. As we went through the inspection process, he was very honest with us about what to expect (it is an older home) and what each item that came back on the report meant. He even sent us a video explanation walking through the report so I could pause and rewind when needed. Once we got to the closing process, he was the best support system I could imagine. We were set to close on the day that hurricane Helen hit our town, which ultimately delayed our closing, but Robert & Tiffany were ON THE BALL with updates and were able to get us in on the next business day to close on our home. We closed with Mac Brice in York, SC and even from a distance, due to the hurricane, Robert ensured we were completely taken care of. The entire team at Les Walden was amazing. Tiffany stayed in constant contact with us and was extremely responsive and understanding to every question I had. This entire team is genuine, honest and really treats everyone involved in the transaction with respect. I can see why they are a go-to team in Seneca, Robert and the team are personable, knowledgeable and keep the home buying/selling process as easy going as possible. They ensure that what is known to be a stressful time in life, is also fun, rewarding and something to celebrate! Keep on keepin' on, I can't wait to watch this whole team grow!
