This was my first time buying a house, and Robin was truly the MVP of the whole experience. I had a rough time with mortgage companies, and she really helped me work through it and was very patient and put in a lot of effort into helping me close on my dream home. I was buying a home on somewhat short notice, and even during the holidays, and she was hard working and diligent with me and always helpful during the process. I would 100% recommend her to anyone that I know who is looking for a great agent. Thank you Robin, you're my first real estate agent I have had, and I greatly appreciate all the time and effort you put into helping me get into my dream home.

Words cannot fully express how positive an experience we had with Robin, in both purchasing a home and selling our home. She was extremely patient and loyal with us, over a four-year period, while we were looking for a new home. We had complete trust and confidence in her. She was always available to us, and provided a level of service that we had never seen before. Her knowledge and expertise in the field was unmatched by any. Robin’s advice and direction while putting offers in on various properties was extremely beneficial. As it relates to the home we eventually purchased, her direction assisted us in purchasing the property, making a significant savings, while also being extremely helpful during the home inspection and making sure all work which was agreed upon was completed before the closing. Robin was there from beginning to the end with the guidance we need. As it relates to selling our home, she was extremely helpful in recommending the listing price of our home. Because of her knowledge and understanding of the market, we sold our home the first weekend we put it on the market, with multiple offers, for much more than the listing price. Throughout the selling process, Robin was there, always there, always working, and offering wonderful advice and direction. Also, since there were multiple offers on our property, Robin was extremely helpful in her advice as it relates to which offers we should consider, even to the point of addressing the financial status of those who made the offers. We cannot speak any more highly of someone who is more qualified than Robin, we would without reservation recommend her.

I have not sold a house before and I felt very comfortable that Robin knew how to get it done. She is very professional and knowledgeable. What she told me would happen did happen. She was there to answer all of my questions. The closing was very smooth and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend Robin to anyone.

I am so thrilled I chose to work with Robin for my first home purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about south shore real estate and the homebuying process, and was always incredibly responsive and communicative. This was so key to my ability to get an offer accepted in an extremely competitive market. What’s more, she was really enjoyable to work with - always pleasant, encouraging, and straight with me. I felt 100% confident I was in good hands with her guidance. I really can’t recommend her highly enough and won’t hesitate to use her for any future buying/selling needs.

Robin Damon was the perfect realtor for my needs. She understands the local market, helped me set the perfect asking price and prodded me along gently through the entire process of preparing the house for sale, showing the house and then closing the deal. We had a struggle with the Lending Company and Robin never gave up. I was ready to terminate the sale but together we managed with patience and support from Robin to seal the deal. I will recommend her anytime I am asked!
