Yet again this has been an awesome experience in purchasing our second home. I feel Rodney was on top of all things and made sure we fully understood the process. Working with Rodney has been nothing but pleasant! I’ve tried to work with other real estate agents that gave up so easily. Rodney was there making me feel like I was the only client he has. I asked the same question many times and Rodney explained every time without showing frustration! I recommend him so much! I always was able to get ahold of him (which I know it’s hard to juggle work and home life). We were told no four times from loan officers but Rodney always reassured me we would get an approval! Not only that he was able to talk the price down AND get a check back at closing! If you want a someone who’s straight forward, know what there doing, there for you 24/7 and willing to do whatever it takes then Rodney is the one for you!
