We had to sell our property that we had lived in for over 30 years. It was heartbreaking to have to sell, and then we had the task to find a realtor we could trust. We prayed for an agent who would help and guide us through the process. We looked at the top agents in Austin who were familiar with our real estate needs, and the Roman Lopez Real Estate Team seemed to be a good fit. Roman Lopez thoroughly explained the selling process, the documents we would need, what we would need to do, and most importantly, the timeline. Working with Roman was like working with a family member. He cared about doing the right thing for us. We trusted him because he was straightforward and thorough and didn't hold back any concerns. There were no surprises. Roman is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Courtney Campbell is outstanding, my house sold in 2days of going on the market. It didn’t even make it to the open house that was scheduled. I’m so thankful that I listened to her advice, Courtney is very knowledgeable in what she does. I liked that she was not pushy like a couple of other realtors were when I was deciding to sell. She kindly gave me her information and when I was ready I called her. She got me over the asking price that I had originally asked for. I even got free rent back which I never even heard of Courtney was great! My daughter and future son in law will be using Courtney and her team Keller Williams Realty.

Roman was a KB sales agent when I first met him while purchasing my first home. I have since used Roman's realty team for assistance with sold comps in the neighborhoods to protest my taxes. His team is always very helpful and quick to respond. My wife and I are looking to soon make a move and we will for sure be using Roman's team to help in the process.
