Being a mortgage guy, I know a thing or two about Realtors--and so I knew exactly who to trust as our Buyer's agent when my wife and I decided to buy a new home. Dawn showed us house after house, doing careful property research on our behalf, and patiently partnering with us throughout the process of us better understanding our ideal location and house type. On the day we finally found THE house, she was supposed to be headed out of town but instead showed us the house and then proceeded to skillfully guide us in making an offer that helped us WIN in a multiple offer situation.
