My husband and I were looking for a home in La Canada when we found Rosa Pena! We were immediately drawn to her personality and knowledge of the market, the various areas and pro-active approach. As we were speaking with her and explaining our requests, she was on her phone narrowing down searches that we could go see that very same day. WHEN WE FOUND OUR HOME: She was on it right away with trying to figure out how we were going to get our dream house as the bidding war began. We ultimately won the bid due to her aggressive approach and being on top of everything. TIME TO EXPAND: We remodeled our home and during this time, we bought a couple of horses. We wanted horse property and decided we were going to sell this house and buy a larger property. We immediately knew Rosa was the one for the job. During this time, the market was starting to shift to a buyers market. We were extremely discouraged trying to find buyers, but Rosa made it happen. She had the best team that created the flyers that promoted our home, the photographer and videographer that created the best look and the best stagers. She would even go out of her way and buy things on her own that would draw buyers to see our home. Once we found the perfect buyers, she made the selling process so seamless. All we had to worry about was packing our personal belongings and moving out. Rosa has become a very dear friend and has filled an important role as a family member now. My husband and I are thankful that Zillow recommended her and allowed us to find such an amazing Real Estate Agent. If you are looking for an Agent in LA, I am telling you, she is the right choice. Rosa was incredibly thorough, reliable, and professional throughout the entire process of selling our home. She provided significant assistance in overseeing final repairs, inspection, compliance tasks, cleaning, and staging. She was also available 24/7 to answer any questions, which was very important as we are currently located on the East Coast. Working with Rosa was both an enjoyable experience and a relief, as we proceeded through each step, until closing at more than 10% over asking price. She is an expert in SoCal real estate and is a terrific advocate when it really matters. We are very appreciative and plan to work with her again.

Rosa was excellent every step of the way! Met through the Zillow app and immediately knew she was the right person for the job. Very personable but still aggressive with finding us our dream home! We challenged her with specific requests and she always rose to the occasion! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! Definitely your full spectrum LA real estate agent!

Amazing. She really has and does go above and beyond what has been asked of her and has been such an amazing agent. She spent over 7 months in helping my family find a home and stayed true to what we were looking for and was also very patient, as well as informative.

Rosa is an incredible realtor, very insightful and supportive throughout the process. She is knowledgeable and was able to walk us first time home owners through the process. And despite the crazy housing market in LA, she helped us find our home in the first week of our search! I Highly recommend her.
